Easy Come Easy Go

I was all excited because I was offered a commission to do three murals for three walls from a wonderful and prestigious organization. We met in person and discussed what they wanted and I instantly had all these ideas and visions for their walls. They then gave me their floor-plan and the dimensions of the walls. Everything was looking good and falling in place. But, and this is the big but, when I said I could paint them in January, they said they needed them painted in December. Unfortunately, I can’t do them in December due to other commitments. So disappointed because I really wanted to do them but such is life. Oh well. Easy come, easy go. I do realize this is a first world problem.
